Solving the Core Problems
It is human nature to blame outside forces for the problems that exist in an individual's life, but this is the point at which we disagree. When a person enters our drug addiction or alcoholism treatment program at Palm Springs Recovery, we intend on solving the core problems of each of our clients. By core problems, we mean the issues, beliefs, thoughts, and/or actions, which have been driving a person to drink or drug.

People used to believe that only a certain sector of the population was prone to problems of addiction and alcoholism - primarily the homeless, mentally disabled and insane - but have found over the last few decades that this disease penetrates far deeper into mainstream society than meets the eye. These core issues usually go much deeper, often to a person's childhood or a traumatizing experience in his/her life. We address these issues first and this is just one of the reasons Palm Springs Recovery works.

Palm Springs Recovery was created in order to meet the specialized needs of each and every one of our clients. In the growing world of drug addiction and alcoholism treatment, it has become harder and harder to find a rehabilitation facility that looks as each client as a person not just as dollar signs. To this end we have incorporated all of the skills that we have learned in addiction medicine over the last twenty years and created an affordable program in a more affordable setting and location to bridge the gap provide quality treatment at a lower cost.

Drug addiction and alcoholism do not discriminate so neither can we. At Palm Springs Recovery, if someone needs help we have dedicated ourselves to doing all that we can to provide this service. We believe that our more affordable solution with the same amount of dedication and expertise is our way of helping to give back as many of us have undergone the same difficult process of recovery ourselves.
